GrowApp is a cannabis cultivation guide and grow-tracking tool. All content — strain data, feeding schedules, grow tips — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, agricultural, or professional advice.
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding cannabis cultivation in your jurisdiction. Loyal9 LLC makes no representations about the legality of cannabis cultivation in any location.
All content, design, code, and data within the Service — including the 2,800+ strain database, feeding schedule engine, and UI — are the property of Loyal9 LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We have no control over their content or practices and accept no responsibility for them. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loyal9 LLC and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Strain data, schedules, and grow recommendations are provided as general guidance — your results may vary.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
