End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Loyal9 LLC governing your use of the GrowApp mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using GrowApp, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you don't agree, don't install or use the app.

Definitions

• Application — The GrowApp software downloaded to your Device.
• Company / We / Us — Loyal9 LLC, Riverside, CA 92504.
• Device — Any phone, tablet, or computer on which you install the Application.
• You — The individual or entity using the Application.
• Third-Party Services — External content, data, or services that may be accessible through the Application.

License Grant

Loyal9 LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use GrowApp on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

The Application is licensed to you — not sold. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Loyal9 LLC.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Application

Third-Party Services

GrowApp may display content or links from third-party services (nutrient brands, seed banks, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your license at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loyal9 LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Application, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.

No Warranties

GrowApp is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Grow outcomes depend on many factors outside our control; strain data and schedules are guides, not guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loyal9 LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Application, or $100 USD if you haven't made any purchase.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement as the Application evolves. We'll provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect by updating the "Last updated" date and posting a notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Loyal9 LLC regarding the Application and supersedes all prior agreements.
